Dayna first qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2012 and has been part of the dental world ever since. After gaining clinical experience in both NHS and private practices, she found her real passion was supporting patients through their journey, both inside and outside the surgery.
Since completing her marketing qualification in 2016, Dayna has gone on to build her skills in sales, communication, and practice development. Now, as Treatment Coordinator and Brand Manager at Blue Light Dental Clinic, she combines her clinical background with her love of patient care- making sure every step, from the first enquiry to the final results, feels smooth, stress-free, and positive.
Dayna loves being the link between patients and clinicians, helping people feel confident about their treatment while keeping the clinic’s brand and patient experience the best it can be. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll probably find her plotting her next beach break, stretching out in a Pilates class or binge-watching a good Netflix series with her cats.
